Before each payment, you will be emailed an INVOICE that includes:

Credit Guarantee

We guarantee that the credits you purchase from us work on the gaming system provided. After you complete payment, credits are issued within 15 minutes. If a gaming system begins to malfunction or becomes disabled, we guarantee your points by setting you up with new points on an alternate gaming system.

Refunds

If you no longer wish to do business with us, we can issue a full refund within 3 days of you receiving access to the software to the software. After 3 days or once the product has been used, we will issue a partial refund based on your usage of the software. We will review the usage and provide you with the amount we can refund.
